Summary
The client for the scheme is H20 Urban LLP, a Joint Venture between Bloc Group and the Canal & River Trust. Clarion Housing Group are the proposed end purchaser.

The design of Store Street consists of two blocks which cut through one another at right angles and are distinguishable by their materiality. The residential block sits on a tightly constrained site, spanning 11 storeys with a communal roof terrace area facing the canal and a smaller private terrace area facing Store Street as well as secured car & cycle parking at ground level.

Challenges
The site topography is a key challenge and has been a driving factor in the design of the development. The scheme faces two primary outlooks, being Store Street and the Ashton Canal.

Detailed planning permission has been obtained and contract documents have been finalised.
