The King Street office development in Blackpool is located within the Talbot Road Masterplan in Blackpool. The scheme proposals are to provide 166,000sqft NIA of commercial office space for a Government Agency. Brought forward by Blackpool Council with Muse acting as Development Manager.

The proposals will deliver a sustainable building which seeks to significantly minimise operational carbon and embodied carbon without detriment to the remainder of the Client brief and Tenant’s business needs. The façade will contain a proportion of openable windows to allow an element of natural ventilation.

As leader of the project delivery team, CHROMA is overseeing the CAT A works and in addition the CAT B and Cat C fit out.
