Summary
Embankment West is a c£90m development in Greengate Triangle, Salford, and is brought forward by VITA Group (Select Property Group).

Embankment West consists of Origin, a two building 356-unit residential scheme under the brand of Affinity Living, and City Suites 2, a 142-unit luxury serviced apartment block including swimming pool and private gym. In addition to the base build serviced apartments, City Suites 2 also includes 5nr Supersuites. Let under a separate contract, the Supersuites are private for sale 3 bed apartments offering the highest standard of city centre living, including private roof top terraces.

Challenges
CHROMA involvement on Embankment West began in January 2021 when due to several changes in resource, VITA Group required a replacement Development Manager.

CHROMA were asked to oversee the project through to completion, with the focus being on close-out and ensuring coordination between the Building Contract completion deliverables and the VITA sales and marketing team. The project was handed over under a total of 5 individual Section Completions.  

The project has two end users, Affinity Living who operate Block A and Block B (Origin) and City Suites, the owner / operator of Block C (City Suites 2).  CHROMA have liaised with both operating parties and ensured individual requirements were met.
